NOW, LET’S WIN OUR FIRST CONTRACT
Now that we won our union election to join 1199SEIU, we want to be ready to begin contract negotiations so we can have real job improvements in writing as quickly as possible. Your opinion is essential in helping to prepare for our negotiations. The coworkers we will chose to represent us as negotiating committee members will need our thoughtful responses in order to best address our issues and work out solutions.
